From November 22 to 24, 2023, the "2023 China Sheet Metal Making Automation and Information Technology Seminar and 2023 China Modern Sheet metal Making Equipment Technology Summit Forum" hosted by China Forging Association and co-organized by Changzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College and Changzhou Sheet Metal Industry Association was successfully held in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Nearly 200 representatives from more than 100 companies from all over the world attended the meeting. This event is also one of the leading activities of the 2024 China International Metal Forming Exhibition, which will be held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) from July 4 to 7, 2024.

The theme of this event is "get rid of internal volume, transformation and upgrading", hoping to help enterprises find positioning, development and upgrading through in-depth exchanges between sheet metal parts enterprises and sheet metal equipment and automation and information service providers.
